El ciudadano William Arturo Vizcaíno Tovar solicitó a la Sala de Seguimiento de la sentencia T-760/08declarar el desacato del Auto 263/13 por parte del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, al incumplir algunas de sus disposiciones con la expedición de la Resolución 5395 de 2013.
Se decide no iniciar el trámite incidental propuesto por el memorialista, en razón a que la Corte se encuentra analizado la información hasta ahora remitida por el Ministerio referido y a la espera de otra requerida.
